Our parents had all the vehicles and their home insured with State Farm. As the kids got older, we continued with a proven winner. When we moved over to Terry's office about 13 years ago, the wonderful service continued. Marla, Alicia and the staff are amazing and helpful. I am second generation and my son is third generation and they know everyone and keep track of everything! As products and changes come up, they make sure to let me know about it. Insurance is a difficult subject but if I have questions or concerns about what's going on in California, I know I can call anytime and talk about it. I would insure my dog with State Farm if they sold pet insurance! "I've been a customer with State Farm (agent Terry Bradshaw) for many years. But recently my monthly payment went from $109.87 in November 2019 to $121.49 in December 2019, then to $148.93 in January 2020. Even though there were no changes to my driving record. The main reason I can see for this change is because when I renewed my policy I chose to not have "Uninsured Motorist" on my policy. However, because I didn't submit this in writing, State Farm enrolled me in this plan anyway. I think the practice of signing people up for services they don't want and charging them for it is very unethical, and I don't know if this is a State Farm practice or if it's only isolated with Terry Bradshaw's office. Either way, I don't like that my bill sky-rocketed simply because I'm too busy to respond to their letters. I should only be charged for what I signed up for and not for added services I failed to reject."
